If you are happy with Dr. Jagielo, then stay with him.

My below review is for informational purposes if you are considering him as a healthcare provider.

Positives:

Friendly Office Staff. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Experienced and Can Handle Basic Medical Needs. He has many years of experience and understands the fundamentals.

Nice offices. The office is spacious and pleasant.

Negatives:

No Online Technology. You are unable to view test results, schedule appointments or communicate with the doctor online.

Insufficient Examinations. He takes your blood pressure, weight and runs blood tests. He does not listen to the heart or lungs. Tends to overlook complaints. Complex problems can present difficulty for him.

Little or No Bedside Manner. At times, he can be sarcastic, rude and arrogant. I have seen him lose his temper a few times.

Overly focused on money. For example, he wants you to get the flu shot (because he can make money from it) but you cannot get the Shingrix vaccine in his office (because he cannot make money). He talks about money more than any other doctor I have encountered. I understand he is running a business but the business side has more influence than it should.

Confusing billing. You are billed for his services which show the lab work and get a separate invoice from lab.

Does not recommend COVID Boosters. This is a minority view in the medical world.

My advice is to seek a highly rated, primary care doctor preferably linked with a top-notch university (Northwestern, Rush or University of Chicago).

Zero bedside manner, rude and borderline aggressive. How this man is a Dr I have no idea. He is in and out of your appointment in minutes and could careless about your problems. He uses his patients for their money and not because he cares about them. Run from him and run fast! Quantity not QUALITY

The doctor regretfully uses his RX pad as a tool for income. Will not renew your RX if you do not see him on his time table not what is UCR/usual customary and reasonable.

Office likes to pad bill. Told to call special number by incompetent staff, which turned out to be cell phone of his wife. Highly questionable office.

Great doctor. As a patient who has been going there a long time I see some people put fake reviews. Sad to see people writing about his wife and family. Wife doesn’t work there.

This doctor has a problem with honestly. I will never go back to this clown. He is rude,
sarcastic, dishonest and intentionally overbills insurance. Because of this site I have located
a real doctor in Park Ridge.

I have been seeing this doctor for over 10 years. He has excellent knowledge and has diagnosed and treated my whole family very well. A patient does have to wait, but I would much rather a doctor knows his field than an MD with great atmospherics and little practical ability.

Went to this doctor once. He was very confused! When I left and passed the reception area his wife, Victoria was bragging about leaving fake 5 star ratings for him !!
This dude is a joke, will never go back.

i have been going to Dr. Jagielo for over ten years. I agree with some of the complaints about always having to wait but do not get where people are coming from when they say he is mean. My opinion is that he is very knowledgeable and a good DR. I would and have recommended him to friends and family. what i like best about this DR. is that he really cares about his patients. when I was having trouble breathing he kept his office open late for me so i would not have to go sit in an ER. That is a good doctor
