I've been seeing Dr. Iuliano for more than 7years... twice a year! I'm so disappointed in my treatment, he hasn't dealt with any of my pain issues at all... one visit he says surgery, the next time he says it probably won't work so Wth!...Today I think I will fire him and find a new doctor...so sick of nothing being done...

Well first of all my apt was for 9:30 he showed up at 10 he came in a didn't say much. He has very dull personality he could take a lesson in bed side manners. He didn't really have much to say it was either I take and injection or I would need surgery. He was very cut and dry and was not very sure either of if either procedure would work.

I waited 40 minutes for him, he did not acknowledge or apologize for the wait. He only looked and typed on the computer, rarely ever at me. Based on his questions, he seemed to know nothing about me, he asked me basic questions that were all in the paperwork I'd filled out. Then he stood up, walked to the door and held it open, which apparently was my cue to leave. He never asked me if I had any questions or concerns. First and last visit with him.

I am very disappointed, have been in a lot of pain for the last 3 years and when I make an apt. he always comes in & asks how it's going. That is all he says & when I speak, he looks at his computer & looks around the room & always says" I don't see any reason why you are having any pain". I have spinal stenosis, bulging discs, arthritis, tear in labrum in hip, SI joint is turned in & other problems. He makes me feel like I'm not worth his time. Probably because I have medicaid insurance I would assume. I am frustrated & feeling helpless. No friendly greetings from office staff, they are busy. Providence doctors and nurses used to be caring & patients came first before the money. I am very disappointed.

Great friendly office staff. Nurse very professional and promptly returned phone calls. Dr. Juliano was excellent, calm and reassuring after I was scared by another MD evaluating my case. No surgery needed. Very impressed.
