Dr Berrios has been our Family Dr for over 25 years. All 5 children my wife and I would all agree that he is absolutely the best at what he does. Never once has he lacked professionalism and compassion in his work. His honesty , integrity and bedside manner are top exemplified at all times.

Dr. Berrios has always found out the right diagnosis for me and the right plan of action. Even if I was doubtful something he said was right, it turns out everytime that he was right. I had been sick one time for 2-3 weeks straight with a fever and aches and when I finally went to see him, he was very thorough and took the necessary steps to find out what was wrong. He never dismissed what I was saying and listened to all my symptoms. I thought I was going nuts and imagining my fever and aches, but he never did. When he finally suggested a lyme disease test, I thought he was pulling at straws, but sure enough as soon as he got the results (on a Mon. morning) he called right away with the answer at 7 in the morning. He could've waited until his office was opened and had the nurse call, but he did it himself before they were opened. He had my prescription already faxed to my pharmacy right then. Very dedicated.

I felt Ramon Berrios dismissed my concerns that my sinus infection had spread to behind my right eye causing some loss of vision and extreme pressure. He had me lay on my right side with my back to him while facing the wall. I felt the repetetive questions he was asking me while pressed on numerous points along my back were irrelevant. During this exam I heard him unzipping something, some rifling, and rezipping. I turned around just in time to see him leaning over to drop my purse onto the chair about 5 ft. away. He seemed flustered and nervously handed me my coat as it fell off the chair after his attempt to put my purse back. After leaving the office I confronted him with the nurse as a witness and proceeded to call 911 and file a police report. It is my opinion that he should never be left alone with another patient ever again. I feel he is untrustworthy and am concerned for any future patients. I feel extremely violated and cannot stop thinking about this horrible experience
