It is like an office of angry people. The medical assistant can constantly be rude to patients but when a patient uses the same tone back she runs to the doctor. Then the doctor comes in and is rude and yells at the patient. This office is rude from the front desk all the way to the doctor.

Don't bother leaving a message, they will NEVER return your call. I have been with Dr. Simpson for over 10 years even when she was still new on Byron Rd. I no longer go here, the staff are ridiculous with billing and are always unorganized and confused. Dr. Simpson now just walks in and has her prescription pad ready and is filling it out before you even finish talking. Grabs the EKG machine every chance they get, it is weird I think they must get some kickback from my insurance or something. Anyway I have had enough and am looking for a new doctor. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Frankly, Dr. Simpson is rude and does not cater to helping her patients. Be prepared to be told one thing when you are in the office and then be asked to come back into the office EVERY time you need a refill! I am also in the medical field and understand the regulations and policies that go along with many of the problems I have had with her and her excuses are ridiculous. I have tried to give her many chances and have had TERRIBLE encounters with her and her medical staff time and time again. My suggestion, stay far far away!

I like Dr Simpson a lot!!!! But it is impossible to get in to see her and when you finally schedule an appointment with her, you are usually triple booked for that time. Which in turn, makes you wait at least an hour to see the doctor.

Office never calls back, Dr. Simpson will write a script for anything without even an exam. Had a reoccurring infection that I eventually had to switch to a new Dr. to get treatment for since I could never get in to see Dr. Simpson.

Poor if any customer service skills. The staff is rude and shouts out questions to you while you're sitting in the lobby (HIPPA violation anyone?). They NEVER answer the phone and NEVER call you back. The staff has a big turnover must be a crappy place to work. I agree with the other commentors on Dr. Simpson's lack of knowledge and/or empathy... Have prescription pad will travel. Never going back. I know of several others who have broken up with her as well

Who ever wrote the positive reviews on this practice must either work for the practice or be a relative of someone who works there. I took my son there for a sports physical, and waited 30 minutes to be seen. After that Doug Fowler comes in doesn't even bother doing anything and says my son is not fit enough for sports, (he's played the last 5 years), I couldn't believe how rude he was, and how unknowledgeable and uniformed he seemed. I don't know where he got his degree, but I would seriously question his opinion on health related issues. I would never go back and would not recommend this practice to anyone. What a joke!

I was very impressed with Doug Fowler, who my daughter saw this week for her neck, back and knee issues. Very knowledgeable! I would definitely see him again. Very caring and took the time between patients to talk to us.

Awful experience, stay far away from this Dr. Not seen on time, dr always rushed, does not listen to all symptoms. Just grabs script pad and starts writing. No follow up, poor follow thru. Staff all fairly nice, but most smell like smoke. Very unprofessional all the way around. Will never go back, and would never refer anyone!!!!
