Extremely proficient doctor. Knows what he's talking about. I've suffered from psorasis for years and taken countless medications. Thru his knowledge and a couple of trials & errors we finally found 2 medications that have worked wounders. I would highly recommend this doctor to all my friends.

Dr. Balter is the best dermatologist I have ever been to. My mother used to go to him and her skin looked better when she was 70 years old than it did when he was 60 years old. This was because of Dr. Balter.
