When a 61 year old man is coughing up blood you do send him to an ENT for sinus drainage. I had a working case of lung cancer, and another doctor 4 months later found a 3"x4" mass in my chest. I even suggested to vasko that I might have cancer due to the hostile enviroment I had worked in, in my youth. He dropped the ball big time!!!!!!!
