although knowledgable in diabetes she does not have the people skills required to maintain a patient doctor relationship. Additionally, she is constantly one hour late for appointments.

Sometimes, pleasant, but most times, moody and rude. Seldom on time. Very knowledgeable in some areas. Does not appear to maintain knowledge in all areas.

Special patient requirements for refferals.(Letter and self stamped addressed envelope to be included) Constantly overbooks patient appointments. Sometimes not even in the office, and patients waiting to see her...very poor service.
