Dr. Kilgus has been both my children's doctor for over 16 years. I trust him and know he truly cares about their health. I've taken them in when I didn't feel well and he picked up on it and treated me as well. We love this doctor!

I would recommend to not bring your child to this doctor if they have any moderate to extensive medical issues. If all you're going for is the occasional cold, ear ache and well child visits then sure. My daughter was a preemie and he horribly misdiagnosed every single condition he had. His staff was very nice but when I would ask a basic question such as what medicine he was prescribing he would NEVER tell me. When I asked about any possible side effects with her other medications he would never answer. I would have to constantly ask the pharmacist and there would be negative interactions he would tell me about. Very old school and doesn't appreciate working with parents, if you accept his opinion because he's the doctor and that's your sole reason, you'll get along fine. If you are an informed parents who has the slightest clue about your child and want to know about medications or have questions... stay far away.

Dr Kilgus has been apart of my family for over 20 yrs. He was my doc when i was little and now takes care of my childen. He is an amazing physician and caring person. My son has severe asthma and Dr. Kilgus has been with us every step of the way. One if the office gals has even been there since I was about 10 yrs old. I am now 30 and will be very sad to see him retire. He will be impossible to replace. Thanks, Doc!! Shawn Steele Keller, TX

My son has been a patient of Dr. Kilgus ever since we moved to Grapevine. He is actually a full-time student that is 22 years old and he still welcomes us regardless of my sons age. He is OUTSTANDING. Linda Tailford / Dirk Tailford
