She is by far the worst doctor I have ever had. She is extremely unfriendly and rude. She thinks she is the only right person on this earth. Her staff is untrained and sloppy. They overcharge and get patient information wrong even after my corrections. I would rather go blind than see her again. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS. Therapeutic optometrist... HA. It's a waste of time and money.

This will be the first and last time I go to Advanced Eye Care primarily due to the rude disposition of the Doctor. She is not willing to listen to the concerns of the patient but is argumentative and condescending. Compassion and understanding are definitely lacking!

A word to the Wise: Find yourself another optometrist. Staff is terrible no professional manners, have not clue what they are doing.Called the Dr. to share with her my experience with glasses and script along with additional charges to insurance; she never returned my call and never addressed my concerns or refunded me my additional fees. Dr. is too concerned with herself and her life instead of focusing on patients.

Have always had excellent care from staff and doctor. I know there will be a wait so I take my Kindle.

I have been a patient of Dr Luisa, as we fondly call her, for many years. I have referred numerous friends and family to her, all with sterling results. She is methodical, professional and personable and holds many more designations that just your average optometrist. She has never pushed a product on me, nor have any of her staff. I look forward to many more years of her excellent care!

The Staff is untrained, unprofessional, and shows in their attitude that they donot care for you or your business. I was overcharged on my first visit for a eye exam which i had too wait over a hour for them to see me. They office is set up in a way where anyone can hear your personal information(social security numbers, etc). The women running the desk took down all my information wrong from the time i made the appointment to the time i did my finally checkout. They are all too busy discussing what snacks they brought to eat during the day, what they want for breakfast and what they want for lunch. There is the "insurance girl" that was the only helpful one in the office. She refunded me the credit of $120.00 that i had paided out of pocket. I was suppose to only pay $10. Dr. Luiza is too considered trying to get you into ordering contacts....she is not considered with the health of your eyes. She never got me the help i needed for my glaucoma. Avoid this place at all cost.

This Doctor is an unethical optometrist. She commands that patients do whatever she says without knowing in-depth medical history. She does not listen to her patients and violates privacy information.Doctor takes advantage of people by billing insurance and she makes patients pay additional costs for exams which are covered by insurance. Find yourself a qualified optometrist who listens and does not "guage" your eyes out!

Dr. Thompson is amazing. Her staff...they are AWEFUL!! Every single time I have my appt, I wait well over an hour to see the Dr. Then, when I leave to pay, oh my gosh, I feel like I have to walk them through the paperwork. Not bright folks here.
