Had appointments 5 times, only saw him twice. He does not get to the office until an hour after you are called to the back. I sat in the exam room 1hr10min looking out of the window and saw him drive up twice. Walked out after an hour wait the other 3 times. I don't think he cares about being close to on time at all!
