Good ENT. However, I paid two invoices and months later, at different times, I received invoices for both again and had to call and tell them I had already paid. Dishonest or human error? I don't know but wonder why it happened with BOTH invoices. We shouldn't have to check their work. Most people will pay it twice without checking. I have a BIG BIG problem with that. The Dr. is a bit arrogant, but I thought he was a good ENT.

Dr. Wong certainly seemed to be condensending. Not to me, but I did hear him speaking (via A translator) to a Spanish speaking patient, and he seemed mildly condensending. I wisely chose my words with him and he was not really bad with me. He does seem confident in his knowledge and his name implies a possible Asian heritage. Some Asian cultures can seem condensending (when it is not meant that way) to Americans, and I understand this. I overlooked this and felt that his knowledge was trustworthy. He was to the point and did seem to actually care about my well being. He made sure he had the right diagnostics to have a clear picture of my issue before making any recommendations for a procedure.

Dr. Wong was very en-lighting,he made me feel comfortable and at ease with my condition. He took every step to help me get in his office and the hospital due to the insurance I had at the time. He called me with concern in his voice and that alone showed me what type of doctor he really is. I send everyone I know to him family, children and friends! Thank you so much Dr Wong.

I felt like my 15mo. old daughter and I were a waste of his time! I would not recommend him to any of my family or friends.
