Nightingale is incompetent, has zero bedside manner, dosen't help you or your health issues. Medical Gaslighting is the best way to describe her. Staff is unfriendly, understaffed most of the time and dosen't return your phone calls. Best to look elsewhere for a doctor than her office. She needs to retire. The wait time for an appointment is an average of hour to 1.5 hours. Who has time to be at a Dr's appointment that long?? Just trying to get a appointment can be difficult because she is either on vacation half the time or booked. Again, she needs to retire. Don't feel health needs and concerns are ever met. Patient is belittled, talked down to and not cared about.

Doctor doesn't look at your charts or folders.. been with her four year's and she still doesn't know what kind of cathader i have.. she doesn't listen.. just does what she wants.. almost killed me three times.. terrible doctor!!

I didn't care for her at all. I have lost my voice several times for months at a time. Previously it ended up being bronchitis and strep. Well when I went to her, I was in and out in five minutes and her only diagnosis was that I have asthma.... I have had asthma for years. She doesnt seem to care, and she doesnt seem to be very knowledgable.

She seems to not understand the emportance of the patient needing to know what is going on. I felt that she was a good doctor until she performed tests without my knowledge or permission.
