After other treatment modalities failed we agreed last August to spinal spacers, less invasive and better outcomes than fusions and other surgeries. Quicker healing time. Prior authorization paperwork was to be submitted. After hearing nothing for two months I started to call the office and leave messages each week. Finally mid February I got a live person. They told me that the paperwork had been started but not completed, and that it would be submitted but for another more invasive and expensive surgery. I told them that was not what I had discussed with the M.D. I was promised a call back the next day. I've for almost a month called every two or three days, been told the person I need to speak with was either with a patient or out of the office for an emergency, not very creative answers. I was promised calls back by the end of the day. Still no calls.

False advertising, "he treats pain like an emergency" My wife called in extreme pain and was told it would take about a week to get an appointment. She has a disc pinching a nerve in her back. If you've ever had it you would know how unbearable it really is. The health care community only cares about the almighty dollar

This practice should be shut down. The staff is rude. That dr megan is the most disrespectful person. She insulted me. They had me waiting over 3 and a half hours dr Reinhart is a coward. He sends his help to do his dirty work. The back an fourth communication is such bad business.. He is definitely is in it to put people on pain meds. And when it is time to refill a script. He is nowhere to be found leaving people without pain meds while have developed a dependency for them. He has no regard for a human. And when there are people that have cancer and are truly in pain. If he hasn't sent in for a refill and its friday. Your out of luck you wait until sometime the following week to get a refill. If your lucky. His practice is a sham and should be shut down.

I was referred to Dr. Reinhardt about 6months ago, when I saw him things where not the best I assumed he was maybe just busy that day but when he acted that way at every visit I was extremely disappointed. Dr. Reinhardt acts rushed spends more time talking to the MA than the patient and because I'm so young apperently in his eyes I can't have arthritis or a joint dissorder even if my MRI's, CT scans etc. say I do.. so I was told there was nothing he could do until I got worse, his Assistant McBride is the worst he is sarcadtic, rude and very condicending.. I had an appointment with him and he spent more time worrying about the picture on the wall being crooked and when he reviewed my meds he said how convenient it was that I could only take certain meds because of My blood disorder and said there was no magic pill to give me and that there was nothing else he would do for me. Mc Bride is the worst, now I know why he's not a Dr... It wouldn't surprise me if Reinhardt loses patients because of him...

Everyone is polite & caring. This is the way a medical office should be run! All the candy & “goodies” show great compassion for patients. Thank you.

I was a patient of Dr. Roland Reinhart for three years. Never had any problems with his office until I could no longer see him because I couldn't have any injections because I was on a blood thinner. Instead I had to see his physician assistant who had no compassion and no idea what to do for my condition. It was a condition that awarded social security disability benefits almost immediately to me. I didn't have to hire an attorney. Was simply seen by the social security doctor and granted disability. Back to Dr. Reinhart's male physician assistant. He changed my medications multiple times, each time I encountered more pain. I do not remember his name but he is very conscious of his appearance and the way he looks. He did not act professional and I was deeply embarrassed for Dr. Reinhart who when you are able to see him is an excellent doctor who explains your condition and prescribes the correct medication. I ended up leaving Dr. Reinhart's practice because I could never see him only the physician assistant who liked to talk to my husband more than me.
