Dr. Stuart and her staff are uninformed, inexperienced and inappropriate. After waiting nearly one and a half hours for my appointment I left and made an appointment for the following week. My appointment lasted 5 minutes, Dr. Stuart didn't bother to examine me and she prescribed me a medication that counteracted with my medical condition. When I got the bill it said that I had to pay the entire amount in full, not a copay, because even though 4 people in the office assured me that they took my insurance with 100% coverage...it turned out they were wrong. When I asked the office to meet me half way on the charges since several members of the team misinformed me, they refused. Then the doctor wrote me a letter reprimanding me for challenging the bill. I have a chronic medical condition and have been in and out of hospitals and doctors offices since the age of two. I have never had an experience like this one. STAY AWAY to avoid frustration!!!

Dr Stuart is truly an empathetic doctor and sometimes that concerns me because I feel she may eventually burn out, but I hope I am gone before that. In my 6 decades on this rock she is the first physician who actually listened to the patient.

Dr Stuart is the most personable physician I have seen in my 6 decades on this planet. This is only exceed by her efforts in achieving the end results of patient satisfaction. As with most physicians though her time keeping is less than adequate. I overlook that though with knowledge that she does not time table her patients and will spend time to both explain her decisions in addition to answering any concerns or questions. I have no issues with laying my life within her capable hands.

Dr Stuart is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. My entire family relies on her for medical care and we could not be more appreciative of her and her staff. Highly recommended. The only downside is the wait time.

Minimal to no follow-up on medical information. Dr. Stuart does not appear to write down details of your visit. Billing office is terrible.
