very difficult to contact to answer questions and staff is not helpful at all

Very patient, understanding, and explains medical conditions in a way I understand them. He is extremely competent and aware of the latest technologies to treat patients. I have always been treated with the best of care through all the years Dr. Spotwood has treated me.
