Extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. All of the women in this office are short with me when I have questions, and I was literally yelled at over the phone for trying to get an answer to a simple question. The woman on the phone was so unprofessional, saying things like "it's funny how patients call back after all this time to try to refute a charge" and "you're just one of those people who doesn't want to pay." I had called to ask for a breakdown of what I was being charged for. I received a $180 bill for going into their office and talking to the doctor for less than 5 minutes. No tests done or anything. Haven't been back since then and I received another $280 bill for who knows what? Also very inconvenient - their business number is just someone's cell phone and they will have you playing phone tag just to make an appointment. Instead of yelling at your patients when they're unhappy or confused, maybe you should try listening and fixing your attitudes.

She's being my primary doctor since I came to United States 8 years ago. She was recommended by a friend. She's very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If there's something important she calls me right away. All the specialists she referred me to were excellent. She’s a great doctor and a great person.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zofakis for several years and never have I encountered a friendlier, more obliging, physician than her. She has the highest level of medical and ethical standards of any doctor I have had experiences with.
