Is he a real doctor or is he an office manager I couldn't tell the difference he was very flavorful with the women in the office trying to come onto you give you his number and trying to get with you instead of performing duties he never actually treated me just recommended I end up getting billed on my insurance company with nova services provided very bad service never will go there again thank you

The staff has no clue about insurance or billing. Had to pay up front even though I had insurance and had an hra account for my insurance. They told me that billing is done every Friday which it's not. My services started on 4/22/14 and just now received my EOB on June 11th. Also everytime I walked in the only thing they were concerned about was money they never asked how I was doing. Will never go back
