The office actually has a human being on the other end of the line when you call them, not an answering machine. I find the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Dr Matthew Chung is by far, the best Dr I have ever had. I am in the medical field myself and have a hard time trusting doctors. Dr Chung is patient, kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He really listens to what I have to say and answers all questions. I cannot say enough about this Doctor and his staff...they are great!

During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was a big help.Overall I would rate this visit : good.
