Dr. Ragab takes the time necessary to explain every aspect of your healthcare and any results from tests. She very compassionate with her patients. She always makes me feel comfortable and I know that I'm in god hands with a consummate professional. I only have one complaint - I think that the office is filthy. Dirty foot covers on the exam tables, the contaminated 'sharps' containers sit on the counters in exam rooms next to, what should be sterile, products. Floors are dirty. The area where blood is taken is dirty. The pillow where a patient puts there arm for blood pressure, dirty and never changed. Pillows in exam rooms with purple cloth covers, never changed. Purple drapes in exam rooms, never cleaned. Over stuffed furniture in waiting room, dirty. Autoclaving area dirty with tools just sitting on the counter next to other dirty junk. The dirty environment is my major issue.....also, the women who maintain the records leave piles of files sitting on their desks and floor.

Have been seeing her for a few years and I am so sad to say that her work quality and personal demeanor have significantly deteriorated. She is easily upset and angers unpredictably and inappropriately. There is no reason for a doctor to be rude, engage in name-calling or scream at a patient. I have never waited less than 3-4 hrs in her office despite having an appt. I have waited up to 4 days for her to return a phone call, if ever. She tries to practice medicine outside her expertise of OB/GYN. Gives inappropriate pediatric, oncologic, cardiac, dermatologic opinions and advice that are wrong. I looked at my chart and there were blatantly false notes. She appears very depressed, angry, tired and distracted. She looks haggard and like she is losing weight. I definitely would not recommend her at this time. I question her present stability, judgement and truthfulness. Sad. I'll be looking for another doctor.

Excellent knowledge. Dedicated to her field of practice and her patients. Tries to be comprehensive and treat the whole patient, including emotional. Respectful of family. Sweet and soft-spoken. However, problems with her returning calls in reasonable time...can take days! Also, have had to wait up to three hrs in her office regardless of appointment. Has never been on time. I am staying with her for a number of years because she is very smart and kind. Unfortunately, time has little meaning for her. Her office is usually jammed with patients who sit and wait for her. She practices solo in the office and has on-call drs for the off hours. If you want great care, you just have to wait and wait and wait!

Dr Ragab is great. She takes all the time you need to explain things thoroughly and doesn't ever rush you. That being said, I have never in my many years of seeing her been seen on time. Its a combination of her just being a bit laid back about time, and her spending as much time as she needs with each patient. Because I value the time I get with her, Im more patient about waiting.

I would Recommend you to this doctor if you are okay with waiting awhile. I had to wait 35 min in the waiting room and about another 35 mins in the exam room, while i heared her talk in the room next store. She didnt really answer my questions for my problems. All she did was talk about Birthcontrol and took bloodtest and sent me on my way. She very hard to get a hold of when during an emergency. But overall She was alright for my first OBGYN.

Very kind and soft spoken, gentle touch. Shows real interest in the patient as a person. Always returns phone calls. Tries to understand all aspects and includes families. Very aware of the latest in her field. Great doctor and supporting staff! Only improvements are suggested...office is shabby and not so clean at times.
