While he trying to remove a piece of ear wax by my eardrum, I felt a sudden sharp excruciating pain. I reflexively pulled back. He stood up, pick up a file and slammed in down, raising his voice, ordering me to "Don't be a baby, be a big girl". I was a middle aged adult. Same thing happened at my primary care while she was only looking at my eardrum. She didn't react. Should have reported him to the licensing board.

Lost all my hearing in one ear after Thedinger said he could help my slight loss of hearing.

He said I had Meniere's and BPPV even after seeing previous testing that showed I had neither. Said do a maneuver for BPPV for 1 week that didn't help. Said to re-test for BPPV. Again re-test showed I didn't have BPPV. Saw another specialist who confirmed I didn't have BPPV. I wasted a lot of time and money at this office for NOTHING!

Have Tinnitus was given hearing exam. Was good. Gave me a prescription and said take for 3 weeks you will possibly get better. Gave no info about med he was giving me. Found out it was an anti anxiety drug. After my pharmacy told me. Called back for info. Answering service knew what I wanted and had him call me. He was angry I called, angry I questioned the prescription and told me not to take it if I didn't want to. Pretty much hung up. Tried to reach out to him many times the next week and neither he or his nurse would return my calls. Just want to get it figured out. Was treated rudely and disrespected. No excuse for his rude behavior. Not how dr should treat patient

Dr Thedinger only knows about basic vertigo/bppv. He was no help for a complex case and I had to find a better specialist. Meclizine and Valium don’t fix vertigo, neither does this dr. For someone claiming to be a dizzy specialist, I’d say it’s false advertising. He acted so confident, but had no solutions that were effective. I cannot even begin to explain my disappointment. Don’t waste your time here.

Dr. Thedinger was my father's hearing doctor. He did surgery and put in a cochlear implant that worked wonderful. After years of trying other doctors my father was referred to Dr. Thedinger when he visited the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Thedinger and his staff are wonderful at what they do.

We brought our 13 year old son to Dr. Thedinger for surgery on a referral from our local ENT. The experience could not have been better - from the office visit to the recovery room. He was friendly, professional, reassuring...and made sure we understood everything. Very impressed and happy.

I felt Dr. Thedinger was very helpful and answered all my questions, I got in early for my appointment as the person ahead of me left the room to use the restroom. Theses office's are very busy and people need to be on time for their appointment's You can's blame the Staff. I would high recommend my family and friends to Dr. Thedinger. I was told by my internal medicine Dr. that he is the best in the area.
