I never have on- time appointments. Nearly always a 30 minute minimum wait once in an exam room. I've walked out before after waiting over 45 mins with no update from the staff.

Doctor Tracy Hoffditz is very unprofessional, lacking in knowledge and concern for his patients. He is basically earning a check and nothing more, I STRONGLY advise any and everyone against this doctor for either themselves or their loved ones, he simply doesn't care!

I posted a feedback on 10/4. I'd like to amend that. I did get a call from the practice manager this morning (10/10), and she apologized and told me they'd take care of the bill. So they redeemed themselves. I'm so glad they did not disappoint me. I'll go back there again.

A staff at this practice sent my urine sample to a wrong lab which Blue Cross Blue Shield does not cover. A visit which should have cost only $20 ended up costing $113.50 due to their mistake. I sent a complaint in writing along with the bill I received from the lab (Quest Diagnostics) to them. No answer.

This doctor almost killed my son. I brought him in repeatedly for stomach problems, which Hofeditz discounted. I knew something was seriously wrong, suggested it was his appendix and asked for further tests. Hofeditz said he would be fine, tests were not necessary. After over a year of him telling me it was nothing, when my teenage boy was down to 95 pounds, I insisted on further tests. He had a ruptured appendix and a large mass had grown around it in the size of a softball. Still, Hofeditz said it was no big deal and I should schedule with a surgeon, several weeks out. Hofeditz refused to call the surgeon to see if we could get in sooner. When I explained to the surgeon's nurse what was happening, she advised me to meet the surgeon in the ER immediately, and they performed emergency surgery that night. I was suprised to learn that Hofeditz almost killed a person I work with by ignoring his symptoms. He had emergency open heart surgery only days after seeing Hofeditz.

I feel that Tracy genuinely cares about the well being of his patients and also takes into concideration individual circumstances.
