Worst experience with wait time over 2 hours & trying to schedule an appointment, even though I've been coming here for a year. I almost want to switch practices, but I love Dr. McCree too much to leave.

My Mother-In_Law was diagnosed with Alzheimers and was prescribed a medication to treat it.My MIL decided to start seeing Dr. Mcree and she took her off the Alzheimers med. That should have been a red flag. Then my MIL was taking two of the same blood pressure meds because Dr. Mcree never checked with my MIL's cardiologist to see if she was taking anything, she just trusted my MIL who, has Alzheimers. Dr. Mcree sent my MIL to a pain dr. who prescribed her Codeine w/325 mg. of Tylenol until they could give her a pain injection. I called Dr. Mcree's offfice to tell them the medicine was making her sick and that I really wanted to talk to Dr. Mcree herself to see if there was anyway to get this injection done faster, instead she called her in a nausea medicine and Tramadol w/Tylenol. She never even checked to see what the pain Dr.prescribed her. She would have been taking twice the amount of Tylenol for her age if I had not intervened. After calling her office 3 days she NEVER called

She is always direct and to the point, but with a friendly manner. She is good about recommending simple treatments and does not alway default to writing out a handful of prescriptions (which is my preference).

Dr. McCree misdiagnosed me for two and a half months when I had developed adult onset asthma. She only prescribed me an inhaler after my fifth visit after I had repeatedly told her on every previous visit that I couldn't breath...she even prescribed me Paxil before the inhaler because she didn't believe me. She was also reluctant to refer me to an allergy/asthma specialist so I found one myself and now I am doing much better.

Dr. McCree has always been consensus about the way I feel about her treatment plan.
