Entire office staff RUDE!!!!!!! Including Doctor. I love being talked down to in front of my husband and child. Canceled last appointment for the first time in 3 years and you'd have thought I did it every single day the sigh that came out of the receptionist was just RUDE. So, charged 50 dollars because I called over 24 hours in advance but to be treated like trash to boot on top of the 5o bucks. They should post that on their website. Following your 50 dollar charge you will also be treated like trash...........oh, have a nice day.

Staff is highly pathetic, rude and unfriendly. Highly uncooperative and non responsive receptionist with no smile on face. If you have ample time and low self esteem then only go to this doctor as staff will take ages to respond and wouldn't let your queries go to doctor in case of any emergency.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor' office ever! The staff is rude and unprofessional. Dr Villa is unable to give straight and concise answers about a patient' condition.

I have a great experience with this doctor. He is very helpful and able to answer all of our questions, and spent time with us. I have would recommend him without reservation.

This is the worst office ever!!! He is ready to conduct unnecessary procedures on your child, will not return phone calls. The office staff is very unintelligent. There are far better gi specialists out there for your child. I would suggest to steer clear of this fiasco!!!
