Staff at counter always rude and short. Dr. Hake is NEVER on time! Has guinea-pigged on me numerous times, trying to be a jack of all trades, but seems to be a master of none. She's always in a rush and tends to not spend enough time with patient...she will if you force her to, but her and her staff will be upset by that and let you know it too! Doesn't seem very knowledgeable about ALOT of my issues and yet doesn't offer a referral to someone that can help me. When asked for referrals usually she doesn't offer one...one time she did and the referral sucked in his field! Personality wise, she is very nice most times. Too big of a "clinic", too many patients...makes it obvious there's a herding factor going on here and greed...herd em in, herd em out! Not very sensitive or caring.
