Staff is rude, and will argue with you. Dr. Warman himself is unorganized and simply there to take your money. I was referred to him by another care facility considering I had “sprained” my knee. He checked it out, and painfully evaluated it only to tell me the same thing, “it’s just sprained.” He then proceeded to make a follow up appointment for the next month as a “check up” to see if I’m healing properly. This itself doesn’t make sense because you can’t check progress visually. Fast forward a month to my check up where the same process was done, but then making the check up 3 months later instead of 1. On my THIRD visit, after no improvement, this Dr FINALLY decides to order me an MRI. At this time, which was 3 1/2 years, I was 15 years old and had little understanding of the proper process. On my third appointment, he asked if I wanted the MRI, and explained to me that I would be wasting my parents money by getting it. I got it anyway because he wasn’t sympathetic toward my situation from the beginning, so the MRI wouldn’t hurt. The results showed my completely RUPTURED ACL, and scar tissue from where I was still trying the “heal and improve” for the 7 MONTHS I had been walking on my injury until my surgery. I’m writing this review now because I have twisted my knee wrong and need to see a specialist. It is recommended that I see my previous surgeon, but I really don’t want to. For this reason, I’m hoping to find a better doctor soon.
