Staff is rude, and will argue with you. Dr. Warman himself is unorganized and simply there to take your money. I was referred to him by another care facility considering I had “sprained” my knee. He checked it out, and painfully evaluated it only to tell me the same thing, “it’s just sprained.” He then proceeded to make a follow up appointment for the next month as a “check up” to see if I’m healing properly. This itself doesn’t make sense because you can’t check progress visually. Fast forward a month to my check up where the same process was done, but then making the check up 3 months later instead of 1. On my THIRD visit, after no improvement, this Dr FINALLY decides to order me an MRI. At this time, which was 3 1/2 years, I was 15 years old and had little understanding of the proper process. On my third appointment, he asked if I wanted the MRI, and explained to me that I would be wasting my parents money by getting it. I got it anyway because he wasn’t sympathetic toward my situation from the beginning, so the MRI wouldn’t hurt. The results showed my completely RUPTURED ACL, and scar tissue from where I was still trying the “heal and improve” for the 7 MONTHS I had been walking on my injury until my surgery. I’m writing this review now because I have twisted my knee wrong and need to see a specialist. It is recommended that I see my previous surgeon, but I really don’t want to. For this reason, I’m hoping to find a better doctor soon.

Staff was very friendly and took us in quick. Then... we waited 1hr and 45 minutes for the Dr. to come. Checked my son out for a whopping 5 minutes and decided we needed another ultrasound. Fair enough. Day of the ultrasound we arrive 5 minutes late, he meets us in the parking lot and cancels on us. Mind you, we live on the other side of town and caught tons of unexpected traffic coming in. Needless to say, we've taken my son's care elsewhere and will not be returning to this guy. He cares more about his time, then patient care or a family's time. Spare yourself.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to this doctor. Our two visits there were frustrating and upsetting. The first visit I had to leave because the doctor still hadn't come in to see my son after waiting 1 hour and fifty minutes. The staff continued to reassure me he was coming but we never saw him. I felt satisfied with the information from the PA and left. I scheduled our follow up appt which was this morning. I asked for the earliest available appointment, in hopes the doctor wouldn't be so delayed and I wouldn't need to leave for carpool. At both appointments, the front desk staff was confused, unprofessional and couldn't handle the calls and patients at the same time. When I checked in, the receptionist never looked at me and another girl kept saying, "Please help me check people in, I need to call this dad. I need to call this dad back." No one at the front desk let me know there was a problem with our appointment. We were assigned a room and the X-ray technician was polite, prompt and professional. Then came the PA. He said, "Last time you came here you left without seeing the doctor and now you show up today without an appointment." I was taken aback. I explained what happened the first time and recommended they inform patients of the time wait. I also explained I had definitely made an appointment and he chastised me like I was lying.
I asked him if their policy was to take babies at 8am. He said, "Sometimes." I said, "Well, I tried to schedule my son's appt at 8am and the scheduler told me you save those times for your baby patients so the earliest she could give me was 9:20." How could I have known this if I hadn't talked to her. He never apologized, he just nodded his head in a patronizing manner. Again, our appointment took 1 hour and and 20 minutes and the doctor came in for 1 minute, never talked to my son about his injury and told me 4 weeks without playing but he can jog. Hmmm, the PA had just told me no running, playing or anything that may make him fall. This isn't a problem for me as we won't be going back but I'm writing for other parents so they don't waste their time.

If i could give this doctor a ZERO i would. PROMISE you this Doctor is a WASTE of your time and money. Your their for 20-40 min waiting till you see him, for him to say HI 1 min later BYE. Doesn't give you answers and makes you feel like SH*T. Talk about being a Doctor who care, more like give me your money. And i don't want to get started with his Staff.

His office staff is pleasant but they are always late. We have been to this office at least 4 times. I had never been seen within 30 minutes of my appointment time. Most times it was 40 minutes to an hour late.
This time I decided to mention my frustration to Dr. Warman. He debated it with me at first and then said that as the day goes on they tend to get more behind. He said if I wanted to be seen on time I should make the first appointment of the day. Funny thing was that two of my appointments were just that - first thing in the morning, for that very reason. At that point he argued that he is never late.
I was so disappointed in his attitude that we will not return. So if your appointment is at 3pm you should expect to wait an extra 30 minutes? What kind of logic is that? Maybe they should schedule better if they know that!

Dr Warman caused my daughter a lot of pain because He would not listen to us or bother consulting with my daughter's pediatrician about her medical history. He was very arrogant.

On our visit, Dr. Jeffrey Warman nor his staff informed me that a $208 knee brace (looked to be worth less than $40 if bought elsewhere) would not be covered under our health insurance. The brace was cut in the office to make it shorter to fit my child's leg, so I could not return it (the brace has no metal is is just velcro straps and fabric). Discussions with our insurance company indicated that the doctor and staff DID KNOW it was not covered and that I should have been informed, but since I did not ask, they did not tell. I told Dr. Jeffrey Warman's staff to relay Dr. Jeffrey Warman, I was paying for his advice and I did not think he was interested in sharing this information, but was more interested in receiving the most money he could receive. I did call the doctor's office and requested a lessened charge on this expensive flimsy knee brace. Any reduction would have shown his care of patients over money. Dr. Warman's office staff said that Dr. Jeffrey Warman said "NO"!

We have had multiple appointments with Dr. Warman due to our son's broken arm. Every appointment we have had to wait, from 45 minutes (once) to 2 hours (3 times). There was never a reason offered for the wait, nor was there an apology. We saw the dr a very short amount of time. I couldn't even get all of my questions answered last time we were there because he left so quickly. I feel Dr. Warman has fine medical knowledge and expertise, but the poor bedside manner and insulting wait times would lead me not to recommend him to others.
