This "Doctor," and his assistant Mrs. Landers, have to be the most incompetent and frustrating pair of people I've ever had the nightmare of dealing with. Both of them tend to show up in your hospital room to "consult" with you very late at night or even past midnight, when you will likely be tired and unable to remember the questions you might have had. You will explain VERY IMPORTANT details about your insurance coverage and other factors repeatedly and feel as though you're being ignored. Having a basic but highly important medication added to your daily medication therapy, such as a diuretic when your legs are clearly ballooning to the point of becoming horribly painful, will be a multiple-weeklong exercise in frustration likely raising your voice in a feeling of helpless rage. This doctor also did not perform a bone scan PROVING I had a bone infection until I forced him to, which could have easily killed me. I could go on and on and on but 1000 characters isn't enough.

Dr. Luss is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come in contact with. When he does finally enter the room with you, his cell phones is never off, therefore, he anwsers and tells you to excuse him, while you sit in the romm another 30 to 45 minutes waiting on him to finish his calls. He has done this to me several times, returing, mind you and telling me it was family members or other doctors. His staff is ok, except one of the ladies, she is rude and needs to learn how to speak to people. The doctor really does know his stuff when it comes to medicine, it is just to sad that his bedside matter is so terrible. The other sad irony is you are almost gauranteed to be in the office 3 to 4 hours for your apointment, because he is never on time. So take a sleeping bag and lunch and get ready for the long haul. Been through it and now I am looking for another doctor.:-)
