Every time I've used the walk-in clinic the staff has been friendly and has gotten my paperwork through quite quickly. The doctor's I've seen have been well informed and let me know what's going on, why they're doing what they're doing/ prescribing what they are prescribing, etc. Overall a nice office.

Went here for pain in wrist after nasty fall. Not from this area either. During my paperwork I noticed a question asking "do you regularly attend worship". I am not one to complain about God, but why does I matter I I do or don't attend worship. Also, the receptionist was indeed rude, intrusive, and seemed quite uneducated. As a matter of fact, the entire St.Joseph, Benton Harbor area is very ignorant and close minded. Its a good thingthe people of this area don't venture out into the world much. But anyways, try not to attend this clinic. Maybe you can go to out o state.

Worse place ever! You sit in the waiting room even when there is no one there for hours and wait to be seen! One of the nurse practitioners tried to talk religion with me when I was in the room. I have my own religious beliefs don't push yours on me! Front desk lady was rude. I'd rather have a MD than a NP!

Went in for pain in wrist. Was in waiting area almost three hours and when I was finally seen, the doctor was going to prescribe me pain meds when a rude lady told him not to prescribe them. Huh who went to med school here? Very unprofessional and I RECOMMEND NOT TO COME HERE!

Walked in to find only 2 patients waiting to be seen. So I figured it wouldn't take so long to be seen. It took over 2 hours! When I got back there I had to wait another 30 min for the doctor to see me! Finally the doctor came in. Looked at my foot, had a sprain, he then prescribed me what I needed for pain. When I walked out, the nurse told him, yes thats right the nurse told the doctor not to prescribe that!!! What?! I had a sprain! So he then told me to take asprin! what?!!!!!! What a joke! The staff was also rude and the nurse, well lets say I will see her in court real soon! How can a nurse tell a doctor to prescribe and not to prescribe? The doctor was nice, but the other staff was very rude and it wasn't pleasant! Dont waste your time here. I then left here and went to some Urgent Care place in Benton Harbor, right beside TEXAS CORRAL. The people at the Ugent Care were professional, nice, and caring.

The worst walk in clinic ever! The staff are rude, inconsiderate, and uneducated ever! I actually have a law suit against those people! Some of the doctors are ok, but the staff make it a 0!
