Dr. Messina is very caring and takes time with his patients. If it wasn't for him, when I was diagnosed with cancer, I wouldn't be here. He made sure I received the best care which I really appreciated. Tina, his assistant, is also great.

Dr. Messina is a very good professional person, he gives me the right medication after he checked all my laboratories result, so I wish I will visit him soon and also I would say thank you his receptionist for her good work.

Dr. Messina was very rude and condescending for no apparent reason. I tried to explain my issue to him, and as many other reviewers have stated, he cut me off and said, "Be quiet and listen to me!!" then he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. He said he didn't know anything about me. His file was empty, even though I had been there several times before and given him copies of physical exam reports from other doctors. Rude and Crude! He may be experiencing dementia because he doesn't listen, and starts arguing with the patient for no reason. An awful experience. I won't go back.

This Dr claims to be in his 80's. There comes a point at which we all must face up to retirement as a rite of passage and get on with it. The doctor's manner appeared to me as cavalier and abrupt. ie not helpful at all. He called other doctors to explain simple test results in front of me and stated any referral to an expert was useless" since they are all bad" He was also extremely rude to someone who was waiting for me,demonstrating a lack of simple social boundaries. Sadly patient care is the victim.

Dr. Messina made the right diagnosis the first time. He diagnosed by heart failure and low thyroid immediately. He is the best of the best. I have recommended many friends and family to him.

This doctor was very agressive and rude in my opinion. He continuously interupted me when I was talking, wouldn't listen to what I was telling him, and then later, he denied I had told him many things that I knew I had told him. It was a very strange and upsetting experience. I've never had a doctor treat me with so little respect.
