I wouldn't recommend this dr to anyone with a new baby. She was always good with shots but anytime my baby had anything wrong she would always want us to go somewhere else. Sense my baby was 2 months old she had skin problems and we constantly asked if she had eczema and dr masden would always say no and for me to change her lotion or bath wash. Well that didn't help so she tells me it will dry up when summer comes. Still didn't work so she tries to get me to go to a dermatologist and I didn't go I just went to see another pediatrician and as soon as that Dr looked at my baby she said she had eczema and it had infected a yeast. She proscribed her some medicine and it's gone now. She would always make me and my mom feel stupid when we would ask if it was eczema or something else. Well apparently we was right and you was wrong DR!!! My baby is being taking care of now!

We love Dr. Masden. She had us come in after hours one day because she wanted to make sure my daughter was ok. She sent my children to the appropriate specialist to have their conditions looked at. She is a very through doctor and would recommend her to anyone.

The staff is great but Dr. Masden is a horrible doctor unless you need shots. My child has went to her since a baby and now she is almost an adult. My daughter has a birth condition and 17 years later she still needs us to explain it to her. If there is anything wrong with my daughter Dr. Masden automatically sends her some where else. I honestly don't know why we never switched.

Dr. Masden is a good doctor if your children don't get sick or have any major problems. I took my son to her when he was two months old with spots on his head. She wouldn't even look at them and stated that they were just birthmarks. I'm sorry but birthmarks do not show up two months after birth. I took him to another doctor and he was diagnosed with Langerhans cell hystiocytosis which is a blood disorder. He is now being seen by an oncologist to make sure it doesn't come back. She treated me like I was stupid at times and I felt like she didn't want to be bothered.

I just started going to Masden from another office and we love her. I have 4 children and another on the way. She is great with the kids. She is very big on going to a specialist if their is a problem that she don't know if she can fix.

Love her. You might have to wait but it is only because she takes her time with her patients and she will take her time with you. She has always been there for questions, even over the phone. I couldn't imagine going to another doctor!
