Best doctor period! I trust her so much I recommended only her to see my terminal mother, she is super caring honest and thorough.

Since Dr. Shende is my primary care phsyician. Whenever, I have had a need to go visit a specialist, I have to go through Dr. Shende's office to ask them to put in the order with insurance to get an approval. Her office has lied to me on numerous occasions. On many occasions they have acknowledge they put in such order and later informed me that such order was never put and they have denied that did such acknowledgment. On a few occasions, I have made an appointment with the doctor, but I only end up meeting the nurse in their office. I think they are short staffed and they keep enrolling new patients for the more $$$$. My advice is to stay away from the doctor and her office.
