Dr. Ma is amazing with kids, his staff is great too always describing what they’re doing really well and they’re very organized.

I heard good recommendation for this Henry Ma.
I phoned at his clinic in FSJ and especially required to book appointment with him.
Unfortunately he did not really care for my request or his front desk never informed him.
Anyway, I had my exam with his stuff Dr. Kim Don, and I have been charged for trauma control on nothing like trauma. They did not do any procedure on my first exam, just X-rays and peeled off old filling.
I don't know how people getting so good attention, but unfortunately I wasn't happy with them!!!
I won' t be back there. And people, caution for your charges there...like trauma control, but you probably don't have any trauma !

My daughter had her crown fall out on Friday night, so we called Dr Ma and he was ready to help right away at 8 pm, he fixed it right away, and didn’t charge us at all! My son also had a bad tooth infection, and we had it fixed after hrs as well! He does reply very fast with emergency after hrs. Very awesome dentist, especially with kids, definitely recommend him to everyone! Have been with him for years and not planning to change my dentist!

I called in for an emergency, didn't go because I didn't feel that the care was there. Seems to be a money grab.

I had another brewing infection with some teeth that had holes in them from old fillings falling out, and teeth that were deteriorating. I was in pain, and I knew something had to be done. This December 2020 was the second time this year, during the covid pandemic that I had to contact Dr. Ma. He had got me through a bad infection a few months ago, so I already had confidence in contacting him. I was instructed to contact his office to make an appointment. I was very relieved that I was able to be seen right away. I was very scared, and nervous because I have a low tolerance to pain. His assistants were very reassuring, and Dr. Ma himself was very compassionate, respectful, and kind to me. I found him to be very gentle, and aware of my body language during the freezing, as well as with the procedures. I am back home with some antibiotics to help with healing. I experienced tears of shear relief, once it was all over with. Thank you Dr. Ma, and your kind team of staff who have been very kind and accommodating today. I appreciate it more than you may realize. Melody

On Saturday, July 4th I was looking for a dentist as I had a gum infection and was in so much pain I could not even sleep. I called accent and on their phone message they said to call Dr Ma at his number for any emergencies. I called him, he answered right away, I told him my situation, he asked me to sent a couple photos and my personal information. Once I texted the information, he immediately got back to me and said I needed antibiotics right away and he would call the prescription into my pharmacy right away, and asked if I needed anything for pain which he said he could prescribe also. I was so thankful for his assistance and willingness to help
me out right away.

Would never go back. Always felt like they were rushing to get people in and out, were very rough on my sensitive teeth which would cause a lot of pain. Would recommend to try else where

My experience watching Dr. Ma with my grand daughter was wonderful. Dr. Ma went above and beyond to make Grace’s experience a positive one. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate what you did for us.
