I saw her twice because my family doctor was not available.
didn't even look at my chart or lab history. (had abnormal lab results from previous appointment). brushed off my concerns saying I need to sleep more, I need to lose weight. Very reluctant to give lab requisition for ruling out possible diagnosis. If you're not investigating, what's the point of seeing family doctor?
Staffs are good at the office, but her attitude was quite appalling.
Never had a doctor in that office that just assumed you have a bad life style and that's the root of all evil. Others would at least let me finish the sentence and take appropriate history before jumping into conclusion.
No wonder she's punctual, because he only sees you less than 3 min!

lovely doctor with a friendly disposition. had been to several doctors in past who failed to put the peices together but Dr. Veronica was able to ask appropriate questions and sent me for testing. I was relieved as she was able to prevent serious complications. I feel grateful for her help and lucky to have a doctor who listens and is detail orientated.

While the staff at this clinic are helpful and pleasant, Dr. Eustace is lacking in bedside manner and professionalism. She neglected to introduce herself. When I asked to have my cholesterol checked due to a family history of issues in my age group and heart disease, she declined my request and said I was too young to have high cholesterol. I disagreed and said although I'm in my late 30's, I've been told by other health professionals to monitor this with blood tests. After asking repeatedly, she acquiesced. I had not had a check up in 5 years, and had booked the appointment requesting a pap test and physical. She did the pap test. She did not check my blood pressure, my lungs, or use her stethoscope at all for that matter - something I found odd considering I have asthma and have never visited any doctor in my life who has not checked my vitals. I told her I'm struggling with anxiety and have made changes to my diet and exercise to help, but was still finding it difficult. I asked about utilizing medical marijuana with high levels of CBD and its use in anxiety treatment and if that was worth a try. She said that would land me in the emergency room. She said people with anxiety just need to learn to relax, and that I should take up yoga. She did not ask how severe the anxiety is - in fact she did not ask any questions regarding how serious the situation is at the moment. I found Dr. Eustace dismissive, and uninformative. I felt like I was wasting her time, and she just wanted to get out of the room. This is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Admitting I'm struggling with a mental health issue was very difficult, and she made me feel like an idiot, when I reached out for help.

I went to see Dr. Veronica Eustace today (27 Feb 2016) at Peninsula Medical Clinic in South Surrey. She saw me for a total of 30 seconds. She was short with me. She lacked warmth and came across condescending. No bedside manners at all. I get she sees a lot of patients, many with very minor issues.. but she seems to have lost her humanity somewhere along the way. When I told her I didn't have a family doctor, she paused and looked like she was just about to roll her eyes at me. I came in with an issue I'd been having for a week, she guessed it was a minor issue and didn't say anything more about it.. (how to confirm it was what she guessed it was, how to treat it...). I said it could be something else, so she sent me for a blood test for that. I went for that test and if that comes back negative, then where does that leave me? I'm still no closer to figuring out how to deal with my issue and how to treat it. Not impressed with this doctor. Is this the state of the BC Medical Health Care system today? spend a total of maybe 1 min with a patient and treat them without empathy? a revolving door.. in and out, like a thing... not a person.

I spoke to V. Eustace regarding the health of my elderly mother. I explained that I understood patient/doctor confidentiality. I gave a detailed explanation of my concerns and my specific request. She was rude and dismissive towards me. At no time did she try to understand my concerns or ask for clarification. She ended the conversation by simply saying she was busy and hanging up. Our family was left with no assistance. Our medical issues continue. I would recommend anybody looking for a doctor go anywhere else. I simply don't understand how she continues to practice.

I recently visited Dr Veronica Eustace for severe pain I was having in my back. As I was explaining to her what happened and how I was feeling, she wasn't paying attention to me or listening. She simply pocked me in the stomach and kidney area three times. She must have special Doctor skills becuas she then told me rudely that she couldn't tell me what was causing my pain and that I should get an X-ray.
I found her to be extremely rude, dismissive, and generally inconsiderate and cold. She then quickly ushered me out of the exam room. In the end the examination lasted less that 5 minutes and she was not able to diagnose or offer any medical advise what so ever regarding my severe pain.
I think she should consider retirement or another line of work that doesn't require communicating with other humans!

Went to this doctor and found her to be incompetent, rude and without compassion. She basically poked me three times and said "I don't know what the problem is" and walked out. Wasted 2 hours of my day. She had whacky hands and a basic blank look on her face.

Worst medical exam I've ever had

I also have had a terrible with both Dr V. Eustaces and Dr D Eustaces. They are both incompetent, rude, arrogant and severely judgemental and lack any compassion. I brought my elderly mother to this clinic, as her Dr had retired. Not once, but three times, there were serious misdiagnoses and mix ups with prescriptions. Totally terrifying to a senior. It seems that they also use their medical practice to promote their daughters business within the community. Totally inappropriate. Don't waste your time, or risk your health with this duo.

For the Comment...I was looking for a new GP and was driving by and noticed large banner that clearly said, "Accepting New Patients". So, before you start commenting on something you supposedly didn't see, maybe you should do some research. That is the soul purpose for me going in there.

It's just a disappointment when I read comments like this. I have been a patient at this office for many years and I have never had a problem with either doctor. I have always had good experiences going there and have never found Dr. Veronica Eustace cold or mean. I don't know if these people are just walk-ins because if you actually get to know these doctors they are very friendly and kind. For the last comment I have never walked in to that office and seen a huge banner saying "Accepting New Patients", so maybe you should think twice of who is on "Acid", who writes comments like this????
