Caused me thousands of dollars of repair work. Unprofessional. More concerned with his lunch order than his patient.

Dr. Watson has been our dentist of choice for 12 + years and our age group is over 50. We go to him several times a year, at least I do. I would not even consider another dentist. I enjoy his wit, intelligence, dry humor, and humming. I feel safe in his competent and professional care. Note: the assistants aren't always up to my standards but he is very involved in what they do and don't do.

I'm pretty tough and the dentist doesn't bother me much but my experience with Dr. Watson was not good. He was aggressive, never asked if I was doing okay and after a half hour with no break to relax my jaw, I had to ask for a break. He even tried to insert a bite block at the last minute. When I needed a moment, he became very frustrated and walked away for several minutes. That was only one example of a truly terrible and unprofessional visit. There were several other moments that were not what you expect from a dental professional.

Jamie is very rude and unprofessional at times. Difficult to schedule appointment. My family has found new dental care.

Was so rude told me I was annoying and I had lip muscles for a reason so I needed to use them . Also kept making rude remarks to me until he finally stopped screamed get the bite stopper cause clearly she can't keep her mouth open and it's annoying ! What kind of dentist treats some one like that ? He is horribly rude and leaves the min he is done so you can't say anything to him ! I will never go back again and I really hope some one shuts him down because he is so horrible to his clients! Stay away from this place they will make youfeel un safe !

Heard rave reviews on this dentist he seems nice from when I met him and was quick to find what I needed done. Staff wise their horrible. Trying to get an appointment forget it. Emergency appointment they don't care extremely non helpful and reaching them to schedule an appointment emergency or not still takes forever to have someone call you back and the person who called me back did't seem to care that I had an emergency. Time to look for a new dentist.

Been going to Dr. Watson for approx 15 years. In the first few years he was a nice, caring, and seemed genuinely interested in providing good care. Since then he has slowly turned into the opposite. Huge ego, barely speaks to you, and once he is done working on you he takes off before your able to ask a question. Final straw for me was when my back tooth cracked down the middle. He had a terrible time trying to work on it and got so frustrated at one point he took off to cool down. Treated me like I was somehow making it as difficult as possible. FYI - it was way worse for me than him. See ya Dr. Watson.

Doctor ignored me, did not answer my questions, did not give me a chance to ask questions. Poor communication skills.

Receptionist's need to learn Customer Service, one in particular named "Jamie" ! Rude Rude Rude !!! I would have stayed with this Dentist had it not been for the constant run around and sarcastic little stabs she takes at customers. To Bad So Sad !
