I’m a woman in my early 30’s and have been lucky not to need to see the Doctor often. However, in the few of times I’ve really needed to see Dr. Yasmin Papadopoulos, I have only seen her once. Otherwise, I was seen by other nurses in the clinic (which seem to be rotating on an ongoing basis).

In the beginning of each year, Dr. Yasmin Papadopoulos‘ clinic sends out a note for an “optional membership fee”, but it is clearly written in a way to take more money from patients, when we can’t even see Dr. Yasmin Papadopoulos.

Most of all, the clinic hours are VERY different than when Dr. Yasmin Papadopoulos is actually on site and seeing patients. Last I called, she only sees patients Tuesday’s and Thursday’s and you are reprimanded if you ever use any other clinic.

The main receptionist that has been working there for years is also incredibly rude. No bedside manners over the phone at all. When you work for a physician’s clinic, patients expect empathy.

I have had a good experience with Dr. Yasmin. She is quick and efficient and does not delay with any follow-up appointments.

Makes appointments and doesn't call or show for patients. No regards of patients health care or wellbeing. Tries to bill you if you go to walk in clinic. But she is either never in or doesn't return calls. Trys to bill if she has to write you a prescription. This doctor is a FRAUD

Had appointment to see dr regarding high anxiety and depression after death of my husband . Dr. Didn’t seem to care about anything I was saying. In the middle of the conversation her cell phone rang and she proceeded to have a personal call right in front of me l I could not believe this. I’ve never had a dr do something like that before.
I looked at her and said “you’re taking a call when you’re with a patient “ but was ignored. After the call ended there was no apology,
At that point I got up and left.
This dr should not be practicing.

When I first started seeing Dr. P I had just moved to Oshawa where she had her office so I needed a new family doctor. Within 2 years she moved an hour away from me making it difficult to get to her office. She also told me that if I go 'anywhere' other than the hospital emergency, meaning a 'walk-in-clinc' etc. then she will no longer be my doctor as she ends up paying for the visit. In 2016. she put me on a drug to help deal with excruciating nerve pain. At the end of a year I took myself off that drug and to this day am still dealing with the lasting side effects of that drug. Next she sent me to an orthopedic surgeon because she said I needed a hip replacement. The surgeon looked at the CD she had sent him and told me that I I did NOT need a hip replacement and said he would get in touch with her. It's been 7 years now and my hip doesn't even bother me. I usually don't write reviews on anyone but this is the last straw for me with his doctor. This is not the first time she has gone on vacation, and never let her patients know that she would be out of the office leaving myself and others without any way to renew my pain medication. Despite the drug store faxing the office twice for a repeat, no one even had the courtesy or decency to call me to tell me she would not renew the prescription, unless I made an appointment to come in and see her, despite the pain I was in. I told her receptionist I can barely walk without the Tyl 3's she gives me and even If I could, I have no transportation presently to make the trip. What kind of Dr. leaves a senior, or anyone like this without any care or concern for her patient. Now, here I am, 76 years old and without a family doctor.

To be fair, I don't know how knowledgeable the doctor really is because you rarely ever see her. Dr. Moore used to be my family doctor until she took over his practise. She obviously learned nothing from him. Absolutely no bedside manner. This just isn't the job for her. She makes you feel like you don't matter. Any issue you come in with, and you're only allowed to discuss no more than one issue, she throws a random pharmaceutical at you. She downplays your symptoms and is not at all sympathetic for what you're going through...that is, if you see her at all. It's nearly impossible to see her and not be seen by her nurse practitioners. She doesn't know who you are. Everytime I've gone in, it's like we are meeting for the first time. Receptionist makes so many mistakes and accuses you of being wrong. Terrible, and unacceptable. I left this doctor's practise. I couldn't take the abuse anymore, and being left behind. She needs to revamp her whole practise. If I could give zero stars, I would. I still get the emails from her office, requesting money for her services. Ridiculous.

Been a patient for over 5 years and i dont know when things went so down hill. If you make any appointments you will not be booked with the doctor but only a nurse. Ive been mis prescribed anti depressants and lied to about past prescriptions. The receptionist is cold and will interrupt you every few words. Will not allow more than 1 medical issue per appointment even if urgent. Been told multiple times certain forms will be sent via email or mail and they are never sent. I used to really like dr. papadopoulos but now im surprised no one has evaluated the practice. I have removed myself as her patient as of today.

This dr is a HEINOUS doctor and she speaks to you like a DEGENERATE and NOT A PROFESSIONAL, they ABSOLUTELY NEVER answer the phone in that office, tge secretaries are EXTREMELY VILE and speak to you just like dr yasmin papadopoulos, I feel SO SORRY for ALL her patients, and I’m in the process of REMOVING my 80 year old mother as her patient, I also plan to show these reviews to the College Of Physicians and Surgeons about this WITCH, that SHOULD NOT be dealing with elderly, much less any human being AT ALL

I just met the doctor once in my life, of her being my dr for 5 years. She never followed up when I had covid. Everything is run by her receptionists over the phone.

Terrible dr. My father inherited her service and she won’t return calls staff is extremely rude and she is now playing games when it comes to his life saving medication. Never seen such terrible ethics in one office. Now they want money to right prescriptions and it feels like extortion. When did these laws change ????!
