I have been a patient at Tom’s office for many years, our family and children all see him on a regular basis. It’s quite sad to see that there is a revolving issue with the staff. Speaking with many other members of the community it seems quite unanimous how down hill this establishment has gone. Tom himself only cares about further financial gain as his staff don’t care about anything at all. What was once a warm comforting environment has turned to a cold neglectful atmosphere with rude and arrogant staffing.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. His staff are hands down the rudest individuals I’ve ever had to deal with, it’s actually unbelievable that Tom allows his staff to act in such a way. I would not recommend him or his staff if he was the last doctor on earth. Truly sad.

Thank you Dr. Mohanraj for saving my life and being our family doctor for 30 years. We are very thankful to have you because my best friend’s doc retired and she doesn’t have a doctor.

On multiple occasions have had phone appointments forgotten or hours later than scheduled. In my 47 years have I yet to see staff as rude and arrogant as these select few individuals. Tom is friendly and and easy to talk to, his staff act like they’ve single handily cured cancer and better than any woman, man, or child to ever walk on this earth. It actually makes me sick, for that reason alone I’d stay clear.

Staff are extremely rude and almost act annoyed to even be there, extremely short and cold with zero desire to actually help someone. I’ve noticed this on countless occasions, Tom himself gives you about 30 seconds of his time at most per appointment, it’s a business to make the maximum amount of profit not help people.

I have had Dr. Mohanraj for several years. I am in my early 70's.
he has a very efficient office practice - never over scheduled and appointments are always on time. he is professional and personal in his physician -patient relationships.
He always has time to listen and is very receptive to questions and suggestions.
He books his appointment so that he can see his patients on an urgent matter - therefore no need to go to walk-ins.
He doesn't hesitate to make a referral if it is seemed necessary by him and/or the patient. he stays up to date with his knowledge and competencies. he promotes health life styles, something that people in our society needs right now.
The Health Care System needs many more just like him.
His staff are also very efficient, very friendly, and very accomodationg.

Dr. Mohanraj is a gifted physician. He is knowledgeable, professional, prompt and kind. His staff are very good at their jobs and have been with him a long time (so that tells you a lot about him as an employer). He has been our family physician for over 30 years (so that tells you a lot about him as a physician).

Been my Dr over 25 years . I trust him implicitly.
His staff is very professional. If he doesn't know what is wrong he will find it out and has no problem referring you to another Dr .

Tom delivered me as a baby, have been going to him since. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Has never rushed or not listened to me. Any of the other reviews about him being "sketchy" are completely untrue! He is a great man with a great family and practice!
