Dr. MacKenzie is hands down the best orthodontist. A lot of clinics are run like a production line with treatment taking such a long time - this is NOT Dr. MacKenzie’s office and definitely not her style. She is not one to recommend unnecessary treatment, she truly cares about her patients (and it shows!), is incredibly accessible & responsive, and is at the top of her game. It is obvious she loves what she does. Her team is equally friendly, helpful and welcoming. MacKenzie Orthodontics is very present on social media (follow on Facebook & Instagram) and provides so much valuable information and tips for everyone. Have a question? Dr MacKenzie est une excellente orthodontiste. Je suis allée la consulter pour redresser mes dents qui avaient tendance à se déchausser. Après 1 an et quelques mois mes dents sont bien droites. J'ai retrouvé le sourire. Je suis très satisfaite des traitements Invisaling que j'ai reçu avec la clinique du Dr MacKenzie à Saint John. My child has had braces with Dr. MacKenzie for almost two years. This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. We have been accommodated for multiple emergencies, including one where Dr. MacKenzie came to the office on her time off in order to see us. Everyone is kind and professional.

We're from Toronto and were travelling to Saint John when we had an orthodontic emergency: the braces and wires came undone. We called multiple offices and no one would get us in. When we called MacKenzie Orthodontics, they saw us right away. The service was excellent, the doctor came and explained everything herself. We could not be happier. Thank you for the care!

I had jaw surgery and orthodontic treatment with Invisalign. I am super pleased with the results. The office staff are awlays friendly, smiling and respectful. Dr. MacKenzie sent me flowers after the surgery and showed genuine concern about my well-being. I have recommended her to all my friends.

Both children had treatment there: one braces and one Invisalign. We are very pleased. Dr. MacKenzie herself is kind and seems very knowledgeable. When we went back to the dentist for cleanings, he said that everything looked perfect.
