It was an absolute pleasure working with German Orthodontics. Dr. German and his staffare prompt, thorough, professional and the slushies are great. My children's smiles are brighter (and definitely straighter) thanks to German Orthodontics.

I wrote the 2 comments below before I had an explanation of what had really happened. It is too long to get into but Dr. German's staff actually is really great and if I could I would remove the 2 comments below because I let me anger get the best of me before I realized the mix up. I would not want to take my daughter to any other orthodontist. We are very happy with her treatment that she is getting from Dr. German and his staff is always helpful and friendly.

Dr. German has the worst staff ever! I had to go get my daughters teeth pulled today per their direction and their referral was not at my dentist office as promised! I took off work to take my daughter to the appointment and wasted tons of time. I am not pleased with the service that I am receiving at his office or lack there of I should say.

I think Dr. German is great at what he does, however I am not pleased with his financial staff.I got a letter that they were going to send me to collections because they did not receive my payment. When I called to find out what the issue was because I did make a payment I never received a return phone call. I left 4 messages and then finally when I was abrupt in my voice mail I got a phone call back the next day from the office manager.She blew me off about why I never received any calls back and said there was no check they had received from us and said to pay them. We sent them the copy of the canceled check and it turns out that they had cashed it and put it in their misc. account since the check was from our business and they did not think to match up our child's last name with the company's name which were the same.That made me feel that I was not valued as a customer.My credit was almost ruined because their mistake and they were unapologetic and rude about the situation.

I had the absolute best experience at this practice. My before and after smile is straight out of a movie! I loved each and every visit to Dr. German and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any orthodontic work you may want! BEST...ORTHODONTIST...EVER!
