You have to wait hours either in person or virtual appointment; not only is she the worst to deal with-the fact that she would tell “oh that is normal” with all your complaints. Not because a patient is old, you would say the pain they’re complaining is “normal”😑

I have been here a total of 5 times and 3 out of the 5 I had to wait more than 2 hours.
Other than that she is very helpful and knowledgeable.
