Dr Burton Knight has been my Doctor for 11 yr , he's the best endocrinologist Canada ever known ! serves the patients with great care ! most of his patients receive free samples of drugs they need . I have so much respect for his character & modesty . and I respect his delightful secretary who attend the patient's needs completely !

After reading reviews, I was reluctant to see Dr. Knight but glad I did as I found him very caring, knowledgeable and helpful.

absolutely useless, takes days to reach the office, never answer the phone and dont return voicemails. Have been waiting months to hear back about a referral. Spoke with them the other day and now an MRI isn't required after the first one didn't work properly. Feels like im a hinderance when i call. Last appointment was asked the same questions that I was when I went for my first consultation appointment. Not sure if he even remember who I was. Will definitely be looking for a new endocrinologist.

You can tell that this doctor hasen't been to school in 50 years. Hormone specialist. Cant even balance thyroid levels properly in 2 years. Ontario has some terrible doctors and he is one. Dungeon office and my dog had a better thyroid panel done and his levels were regulated better. If your vet is better then your specialist. Time to find someone else. This guy is a total joke. Do NOT go to him. He is a dinosaur with his knowledge. He should really attend 4 conferences yearly . Negligent

I have been a patient for a few years and have always had trouble making appointments, as they never answer their phones and have no other method of contact, and are very unorganized about following up. Have never waited for less than an hour after my appointment time, and Dr. Knight, while a nice man, never seems very knowledgeable or up to date on advances in diabetes care. He can also be fairly brusque and dismissive of ideas or experiences. Glad to be moving and able to get a new endocrinologist.

The staff at this office is less than personable. They don’t respond to referrals and once you have an appointment it is completely off schedule. They staff never answers the phone and have difficulty keep things in order. This was a referral and disappointed with the service, long wait times, poor staff skills and overall experience. If you can, ask for another referral to a different doctor.

I am having my thyroid removed & the surgeon referred me; not 1st time but he had no file, no notes from previous visits. Asked for symptoms, wrote on scrap paper, guess that's why he has no notes from previous visits, offered zero information. Said he had no idea if symptoms would be relived after surgery, and had never heard of a few of them. I suspect he needs to retire. Total waste of time. Will never go back again.
