She is an absolute gem of a doctor. She takes no bs from anyone. I saw her due to incompetency of another practitioner in town after my first birth. I was met with compassion and a solid plan moving forward. She then was in charge of my care for my next two childrens C-Sections. For our second she understood my PTSD from my first birth and was so compassionate and understanding. An injury had stopped her from performing my C-Section but that did not stop her from sitting with us and taking photographs of our beautiful daughter as she was brought earthside. I was so happy that by our third she was able to do the C-Section. I had issues with my after care from hospital staff and she had zero issues advocating for me. I cannot say how grateful I am to have had her support. I don’t know if I would have even thought of 2 more children If it wasn’t for her. Ten thousand stars.

I took the first appointment of the day so that I wouldn’t miss too much time at work. After an hour, and many more patients arriving, Dr. Rodgers finally arrived at work. 15 minutes later I was brought to the exam room. Dr. Rodgers looked like she slept in her clothes from the night before and proceeded to tell me about the bender she had been on in Victoria all weekend (like I couldn’t smell it already). And then she pretty much talked about herself for another 20 minutes. Back to the waitlist to see somebody else! What a complete waste of my time.

Currently undergoing treatment at BC Women’s as a result of lack of care after she performed 3 c-sections on me and refused to address my pain issues. Was admitted to ER after third section and was never even seen by her for a follow up after (pre Covid times). Upon contacting her office over severe pain, her receptionist refused to book follow up appointment. I had been a patient of hers for 11 years, it was not a new referral. I’ve come to learn I’ve been suffering needlessly for over 10 years due to her inaction towards my care. So many red flags over the years I wish I had forethought to recognize. Wonderful lady, but too focused on the fluffy stuff and not enough focus on patient care and diagnostics. She is the reason for my extreme anxiety when it comes to medical care.

I saw Dr.Rodgers today for my IUD insertion and she was extremely knowledgeable, comforting, kind, and professional. She had a resident with her and did a wonderful job overseeing the procedure and making sure I was okay and encouraging me when she picked up on me being nervous! Such a lovely woman, I'm so lucky to have been referred to her!

Awful experience, terribly run clinic. I had to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours past my appointment time only to be rushed through without my questions answered. Tracy had the speculum in at the wrong angle causing me a great deal of pain, I’m sure this incompetence likely caused my IUD to expel as it was probably fitted incorrectly. And when I called to try to speak with the doctor as I was in extreme pain the receptionist dismissed me saying I wasn’t and would not even let me get through to Tracy. This was my first experience with a women’s clinic and I have since had many wonderful ones I can confidently say this is NOT how it should be and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
