Dr. Batzer is great! She gave me detailed information about my condition and also followed up after the tests. I really appreciate all her help throughout the process. She is very helpful and warm hearted.

Treated me like complete dirt. She seemed annoyed that I had basic questions about the choice of birth control she chose for me. Never bothered to tell me any associated risks. When I asked her why they one, did literally pulled out a book full of different drug descriptions, slid it across the table and said they are all the same, you pick. Seriously? Then despite not having questions about conceiving, mentioned casually to the resident in the room that I probably have PCOS and would have trouble conceiving...as if I weren't in the room and then never said anything else to me about it. Again, seriously? She comes across as completely lazy, careless and cruel. There are some great doctors in this practice. Be careful with this one.

I met Dr. Batzer today and was impressed with every part of my experience. The staff was helpful, my appointment was punctual to the exact time, and I felt comfortable. The doctor took time getting my information and asking relavant questions. The exam was professional with every step being explained along the way. In my 45 years, this was the best gyn visit to date in my life. Thank you,Dr. Batzer!

I was consulting Dr. Batzer for about 9 months. She was great in the first visit. However, she and her staff are extremely difficult to reach, impersonal and non-communicative. Medicines were prescribed without explaining why. She would never discuss the reports in detail and always seemed to be in a rush. Last month when I tried to reach her, she never returned my calls, I left a number of messages. I tried reaching her staff as well and after 10 days or so managed to get a call from the nurse only to tell me that Dr. cannot help me anymore and for no apparent reason. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior.

Dr. Frances Batzer was nice on my first visit. When I has a reaction to a drug..she treated me like dirt. I was shocked..and bewildered..then angry. She came in in a huff…saw I was in pain and in tears..threw a "prescription" down in front of me..and stormed out. I was blindsided..and in disbelief! She was so cold..and for no apparent reason. The doctor I went to next..told me she gave me the wrong medication..and it was no wonder I had had such a reaction to it..due to my high estrogen levels. That she calls herself a woman's doctor is outrageous.

I met her when I was 17 years old. She diagnosed my pituitary tumor quickly after various other physicians could not. I am not almost 40 years old and she makes me smile. She tells you the facts and gets right to the point. As a nurse in womens health, I respect her.

I seen dr batzer one time she was nice at first but then I started telling her my history in which I believe you should tell your dr everything.. In my case I am 22 haven't had my period in over a year and goin through menopause. I had an abortion years back is what I told her I didn't get into details because I didn't think it was relevant but I was raped she treated me like trash telling me she didn't want to start me on estrogen now (which was the plan in the beginning) because she did not want me to get pregnant and have another mistake! I was so upset I couldn't even explain what had even happened to me so long ago. I don't know why but I contined treatment with her that did not work which was provera 2x day for 5days and when that didn't work it took 5 phone calls and almost 3 weeks to call me back. I am now in the process of looking for a new doctor. You should be able to feels comfortable and talk to your doctor .. Well I think so, maybe I'm crazy?

I had seen Dr. Batzer for years and once she switched to Jefferson, it was never the same. She became hurried. I waited for hours. She is there on a limited schedule which is not ideal when you are trying to figure out ovulation. I switched to Main Line Fertility and love it there. I never got the attention and time with Dr. Batzer and her staff that Mainline offers.
