I timed out on another review. Love Dr Ramadan but after suffering with sinus surgery & balloon procedure I cannot get medicine for a sinus infection? Was told by PCP to call ENT & told by ENT to call PCP? I still have no resolution & due to Ruby ' s coding & billing practices even with insurance cannot afford a Co pay charge for outpatient surgery ea time I see ENT???

Dr. Ramadan is very knowledgeable and personable. He will take the time to listen to you to try to figure out the problem. As a patient, it was reassuring to see how intent he was on teaching the residents who would accompany him. Ruby is a teaching hospital, and he seemed dedicated to their learning, as well as to my health.
