Dr. Jospeh Caplan poisoned me in 1998 with multiple injections of chlorpromazine. He tortured me in a seclusion cell and is now a dead man. The lord finally took vengeance against this sick twisted individual. May he rot six feet under indefinitely.

A joke of a Doctor. He mumbles so you can't understand what he is saying. He is very selective on the type of patients he sees so don't be surprised if after your first appointment you are given the boot. Wastes time during appointments doing useless, irrelevant things. It's surprising if anyone would even want to be his patient.

i visited this doctor 2 days ago, and i think this is the worst doctor meeting i have done in my life, this is my first Psychiatrist visit and it was horrible, i dont even know how he is a doctor? i did not say anything i did not express anything i actually left there thinking what the heck was this? it took him less than 10 minutes, he is a very old man he barely walks with stick, and was dropping things from the desk uncontrollably , i could barely understand what he was saying he didn't look at me once he was talking for 5 minutes and he let me go, i dont recommend him at all

This Doctor is a wonderful, caring man, an old fashioned doctor who calls you back personally and actually spends as much time as you need on the phone with him personally. There are zero wait times. They rearrange appointments with no cancellation fees. He has records of patients from 50 years ago and he does repeats over the phone without charging. He is an older gentleman and has no computer system, but he can pull up a hand written file just as easily if not more. He KNOWS people from years of experience and is a true gentleman. i would like to see a switch back to this kind of doctor's practice where you have a relationship with your doctor and a connection. you won't find a fancy office or high tech computer systems but you will find a real doctor in every sense and a kind human being.
