Dr Mass is unable to answer basic questions. She is a very aloof person and will treat you like you are beneath her. She has actually misdiagnosed me and several other people in the community. Beware!

First visit and I found my new doctor! The new patient intake was very thorough and wasn't rushed at all. I was very comfortable with Dr Mass. She answered all my questions and concerns, most before I even asked. No discomfort during my exam. I feel she was very knowledgeable with diagnosis and procedures. Explained proceedures very well. I would definatley recommend this doctor and will be returning!

Dr. Mass is awesome! I highly recommend her. She is kind and patient.... she listens to your concerns and is very professional. Her staff is excellent and very helpful. Many doctors are arrogant and condescending.... but this OBGYN is terrific with female issues and makes you feel like you are in the best hands and that she "gets" it --- whatever your health concerns may be. I highly recommend this sweet doctor with great bedside manner.

Terrible, Mass rushes through everything she says and turns health care into a fast food experience. She does not pay attention to your questions and will talk down to you when providing an answer to a question never asked. No bedside manner or customer service what so ever. I felt like a dollar sign instead of a patient. Strongly suggest going elsewhere!

Dr. Mass is very knowledgeable and helpful. She will answer any questions you have, so come prepared, but she will not volunteer information that you do not ask for. I think her best patients are informed ones.
