dr.jones is a good doctor and very upfront w/his patients he has excellent matters and very compansite about his patients.

slow follow up on potentially bad situation

Dr. Jones always gets to the root of your problem. He takes the time to investigate & evaluate your symptoms and orders the necessary diagnostic tests to determine an accurate diagnosis. He does not try to minimize or leave you hanging----the only problem is with the office staff. It is a large family practice group and you get lost in the shuffle. I have brought this up with the Doc and he says they are trying to better serve us in the near future.
