I have been with Dr. Azevedo for a long time now. I don't know if I'd be able to even think of him leaving. I haven't moved or considered it because of the awesome care he and his staff has done for me.
I moved from office to office and again to where he is today. I was 1 of the first patients to be able attend the HELP program here instead of having all of the additional cost and time for the 6-8wks of the course. I came out a lot better than when I wet in. His awesome staff there at HELP and at the regular office made me feel so welcome and takes care of any issues that I might have.

Was recommended by Dr Goka, who retired about 3 years ago and I must say my wife has never been better. This man not only knows what he is doing, he really cares about his patients. No one better that we have found.

I have been seeing Dr Azevedo for many years. I agree with all of the above/below comments. He does have a great sense of humor and is very good with patients. His assistant is the absolute best there is (Michelle) He does the best he can considering how much Work Comp ties his hands and makes it hard. I absolutely adore him and feel very confident with him. He is always up on the latest pain relief information and has never let me down in what I would say is probably a 7 yr or longer and still going doctor /patient relationship. I would be lost with him.

Dr. Azevedo, doctor of physical medicine and rehabilitation is the best. I have been seeing him for years for cronic myofacial pain and connective tissue disorder. He is willing to look out of the box and try new things. In the last year my mom had a horrible onset of TTP blood disorder which had her between the hospital and the rehab center run by Dr. Azevedo for over 6 mo, she loves him and we love the care she continues to get from him. Then a close friend had a horrible injury that caused Brown Sicard syndrom, she had to have major surgery on her spine and spent months in UCSF hospital and then on my advise she came back to Fresno to Dr. Azevedos San Joaquin Valley Rehab hospital, and has made amazing recovery. Most patients with severe an injury as hers never walk again. This happened last September and she has been walking for months! Slow and with one leg still draging a bit but hey it has only been 10 months. She loves him too and they are sure she will walk normally again.
