They refer out for many of the common dental problems. They want to place crowns on teeth that doesn't need the crowns. They have been too low on many estimated cost. They sent me to a dentist that was not in my insurance network and I had to pay more for an out of network provider. The practice seems to be more focused on marketing of high cost products and services and not on the patience needs. The staff at Dental Innovations is a revolving door. No one stays there for very long.

There was a sense of urgency every time I came in. While in the middle of a a filling 2 different times Dr. Manroe told me that I had to get crowns on the teeth immediately and needed to have them done right now. The sense of urgency was scary and I felt pressured into having the procedures done that minute. At one point I had tears during the procedure and he nor his assistances ever stopped to ask if I was ok , they were just rushing to get it done and making comments over me like I wasn't there.
It was very hard to schedule - the office manager told me that they were very short staffed and were booking several months out.
I wish I would have gotten a second opinion and saved several thousand dollars.

The staff has always been great with my family in both the dental health and customer service areas. Love the family atmosphere.

Dr Manroe is horrible. He is very arrogant and defensive. I was inquiring about some of the treatment he recommended when, instead of explaining it to me, he became defensive and rude. Then, to top it off, his office manager Cathy, who is his wife, tried to talk me into doing the treatment plan by way of "if you don't, you'll lose your teeth". She is very rude and has no people skills. This is a money hungry practice whose only concern is profit, not your overall oral health. This office is never busy and I understand why... Horrible practice that I would never recommend.

My office visit was great. I was a new patient and my visit went great. The front desk staff was very helpful an friendly. The hygienist did a very thorough cleaning. The doctor was very informative. I did not feel pressured into doing anyting and was very thankful for the treatment I received. I will be recommending this office to my friends and family.

I had a pleasant experience at this office. The staff was friendly and got me in right away. They hygienist was very gentle. I was given a treatment plan and offered a couple of options. I was not pressured. I look forward going back for my dental cleanings.

This is not a very good practice. I had alot of work done here and after awhile I felt like things were being done over. I am not completely sure. My left side of my jaw has problems now because of this. My bite is off, I complained about it and he would let an dental assistant grind it down my teeth instead of making sure its okay himself. It took me a year to find another dentist because of the pain. When the new dentist did a check-up he mentioned at least three things that needed to be redone because it was previously done badly. One of them was a crown. The adminstration is rude especially the manager and the dentist is scarce when it comes to doing the actual work. I would not recommend them.

I was a patient here when living in the KC area. Because of Dr. Manroe's treatment I am terrified of the dentist. He told me I had gum disease, something my current dentist has told me I don't have. He also told me I needed to have several of my fillings redone because they were "due for replacement." This was another myth. He did fill one of my cavities, but several days of pain led me back to his office where he told me it was fine. I went back a few days later only to be told the filling had fallen out and needed to be refilled. I had a panic attack in the chair and he grew very upset with me asking if I had taken my meds that day. I told him I didn't take meds and had never experienced that kind of attack in my life. He then tried to sell me Invisalign brances and appeared frustrated when I told him I wasn't interested. I advise anyone who sees him to gather a second opinion or you will end up spending more than you need to.

Awful experience. I fully intend on disputing these charges. Dr. Manroe seemed nice and knowledgeable upfront....when I experienced pain after an extraction and crown - he became angry and defensive. This type of behavior resulted in me having to find another dentist to correct what probably should have been performed in the first place. I'm out 2k and the office staff was unsupportive. He'll do the work - but if it doesn't come out like he intended - and pain results - he passes you on to someone else. STAY AWAY!! I pulled not only my chart but my sons - we would never recommend this dentist. All I wanted was a dentist who would fix my problem - instead - i'm 2k down and being referred out. Don't let this be you!
