Left message several times with office staffi'm still waiting for aall back weeks later. His english is difficult to understand as his philosophy on the inherent value to maitain life. His medical oath of "1st do no harm" is lost to him. He does not follow this tenet of the profession he practices. Perhaps with more practice he will get it. He believes that if his patient is in pain s/he should die to relieve the pain even if the patient is not terminally ill. He seems to believe that pain should be treated as a terminal illness. Patient beware! Do not mistaken his soft professional demeanor be mistaken for caring and believing that life is precious and should be preserved whenever possible. He does not believe in the sanctity of life nor in providing life preserving medical treatment. He easily determines cause of death that makes no sense and is absolutely unreliable and unrealistic & incorrect.

Dr. Arguello does not support life saving measures for the elderly regardless if they have a terminal illness or not. He recommended removing nutrition from a patient who broke her hip but was otherwise healthy, being elderly is not in it self fatal.
