true, dr welch did leave to teach in another state. but i worked for dr welch for many years. the staff wasnt her problem with running late. we started her schedule at 8am and she wouldnt come in till anytime after 9. so lets get that straight. yes, staff came and went. and i will tell you why on that. because she may be nice to patients but she treated her staff awful, she was nasty with them. many couldnt take her constant mood swings which in turns make the entire staff miserable. so dont be so quick to judge the staff. you dont know how the staff was treated by her or how they are treated in any other office.

Dr. Welch is wonderful. Unfortunately, she has left practice for teaching. Her clinic is under new management, and has really gone down hill. I'm looking for a new doctor.

I WENT TO DR WELCH FOR A PROBLEM THAT SHE TREATED WITHOUT ANY TESTS. AFTER SHE ADJUSTED ME I GOT WORSE. I WENT TO AN ORTHOPEDIC (NOT AN OSTEOPATH) AND GOT X-RAY'S AND MRI TO CORRECTLY IDENTIFY MY PROBLEM. ALSO, SHE HAS TROUBLE KEEPING STAFF. WHICH MIGHT EXPLAIN WHY SHE ALWAYS RUNS LATE. SOME OF HER STAFF ARE NICE BUT MOST NEW EMPLOYEES DONT STAY VERY LONG.
