I've been going to this doctor over 4 months. Every time I arrive, I feel rushed, in and out. The staff is very rude and the doctor has no patience for his patients. Dr. Bugarin doesn't take the time to listen to his patients and he talks really fast. He is insulting, and thinks that you are not intelligent enough to notice. I was trying to explain my health issue, but he kept interrupting me. He doesn't give his patient any privacy because he keeps the door open while he is assessing you. I feel my privacy rights were violated and do not recommend this doctor.

Very poorly ran doctors office. Doesn't look into medical history. Prescribes wrong medications know allergies to them. Nurses are rude and disrespectful.

The staff really brings down his rating considering they are the first contact. Also, they do not have electronic records so if they are at the Chesapeake office and your file is at Virginia Beach's office they can not help and will require you call them back when they have your records.

Never again..... The office is dirty and old. Office staff EXTREMELY rude and uncaring. NO privacy for the patients. (Doctor and staff leave doors open and talk back and forth during your examination!) This doctor is simply trying to get you in and get you out without getting to the root of your problem. If you are looking for professional, courteous staff as well as a friendly, CLEAN environment do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Dr. Bugarin is a very good doctor. Anytime I had an appointment I only had to wait ten minutes right after I got there and the nurses there are really nice! The doctor was very helpful and he approaches you with a very nice attitude. On top of that he was able to answer all of my questions that I asked him. You can tell that he is well educated on his profession based on his terminology. Anytime I had to get a shot or a PPD test he was very gentle with me. I could not feel the needle go in. I rather get seen by him than any other doctor!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Doctors office...I took my 2 year old grandson to get a shot and had to wait 45 minutes then when we finally got seen the doctor grabbed my grandsons arm like a crazy man and my daughter grabbed her son from him and told him to let go of her son and the doctor started argueing with her..so we got our things to leave and my daughter told him he was insane...the doctor then followed us out in the lobby and continued to argue with her saying he didn't grab his arm..I spoke up and got in between the doctor and my daughter because I really thought he was going to hit my daughter...he continued to scream at us like a crazy man and he had a few patients in his waiting room all able to see and hear him going crazy.I am completely shocked on his professionalism...I would not recommend him to anyone.

He is not courteous and respectful. He doesn't speak (no "good morning", no "hello") when he enters your room, he won't shut the door to give you some privacy while he's examining you. His exams are not thorough and he once prescribed me a drug that almost killed me. I am allergic to penicillin and I told him this and also has it in my file and he was still non caring enough to prescribe me a penicllin drug that almost killed me. Avoid this man at all costs. He does not try to get to the root of your problem...he just ships you in and ships you out to see the maximum amount of patients in a day so he can get the maximum amount of money from the insurance companies instead of providing quality care. He runs his office like an assembly line.
